A rewarding career and still going

Actively involved with Continuing Professional Development (CPD for Driving Instructors and associated professions. Started out in 2000 and worked for AA driving school as a Driving Instructor and then as a fleet trainer. Later became involved with the training of instructors and this is where I have concentrated the remainder of my skills.

Currently I work for New Driver as their Director of Training where I oversee all CPD courses and instructor training of the franchised instructors. I also can be found at the Driving Instructors Association (DIA)workshops etc and I am on the DIA's general purposes committee.

I have achieved every thing I have set out to in my time and now I enable other instructors to achieve their goals.

This profession has been very rewarding to me and I try to put some of it back to help other instructors. My challenge is for other instructors to catch me up for CPD. The reality is that this may never happen as I when you get here I will be much further ahead..........
